Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all of our small handmade products within 1-2 working days. Our larger items we will try our best to dispatch these item within 3-5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return one of our handmade products, due to being faulty or damaged in transit then please contact us and we will arrange a collection, or if you ship the item back to use we will refund you in full.

When one of our handmade products is being returned to us, that product will have to be returned to us in the condition that it was received, for you to be issued with a full refund.
